Refund policy

1. All custom-made teapots (engraved, personalized, custom shape/clay) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production starts, no returns for change of mind.

2. Returns/exchanges are only accepted for:

◦ Serious quality issues (cracks, chips, defects not caused by use);

◦ Wrong items shipped / missing items.

3. For returns due to quality issues / wrong items:

◦ We cover round-trip shipping & duties/taxes;

◦ Clear photos/videos are required for verification before return.

4. For returns due to customer’s personal reasons (change of mind, size, dislike, etc.):

◦ We reserve the right to reject return/refund;

◦ If approved exceptionally, customer pays all return shipping, duties, taxes & handling fees. Refund will be issued after deducting custom production cost, packaging cost and related fees.

5. Our “Free Shipping & Duties/Taxes Included” offer applies only to completed, non-returned orders. In case of return, original shipping & duties/taxes are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping & related taxes.

1. 本店所有定制紫砂壶（刻字、刻图、专属器型、定制泥料等）均为个性化定制商品，一经下单生产，不接受无理由退货、退款、换货。

2. 仅在以下情况可申请售后：

◦ 商品存在严重质量问题（如破损、开裂、明显瑕疵，非使用造成）；

◦ 发错货、漏发。

3. 若因质量问题/发错货退货：

◦ 来回运费、关税由本店承担；

◦ 需提供清晰照片/视频证明，经客服确认后再寄回。

4. 若客户个人原因（不喜欢、尺寸不符、改变主意等）要求退货：

◦ 本店有权拒绝退货/退款；

◦ 如特殊情况协商同意退货，来回运费、关税、手续费均由客户承担，且需扣除已产生的定制成本与包装成本后，剩余部分退款。

5. 本店提供「免包邮、包税」仅针对正常完成订单、不退货的情况；如发生退货，已产生的运费、税费不予退还，且需客户承担退货运费与相关税费。
