Shipping Policy (物流配送政策)

1. Global Free Shipping & Duties Included

• We provide global free shipping and destination-country import duties included for all orders. No extra shipping or tax fees at checkout.

• This benefit applies to fully fulfilled, non-returned orders; costs are built into product pricing.

全球包邮与包税

• 本店提供全球免费配送、包目的地国进口关税服务,订单结算页无需额外支付运费与税费。

• 包邮包税适用于正常履约、不退货的订单,相关费用已包含在商品售价中。
2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Custom items (engraved Zisha teapots, custom shapes) are produced per stated lead times on product pages before shipping.

• A tracking number will be provided after shipment. Typical delivery is 7–25 business days to most regions. Delays may apply for remote areas, customs inspection, or holidays.

订单处理与配送时效

• 定制类商品(紫砂壶刻字/定制器型)按商品页标注周期生产,完成后安排发货。

• 发货后提供物流单号,全球多数地区配送时效为7–25个工作日;偏远地区、海关查验、节假日等可能延长,不视为违约。
3. Coverage & Restrictions

• We deliver to most countries and regions. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders to high-risk or unreachable areas.

• Please provide accurate delivery information. Additional fees caused by incorrect address, failed delivery, or re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.

配送范围与限制

• 支持全球多数国家/地区配送;部分高风险、无邮政通达区域,本店有权取消订单并全额退款。

• 请准确填写收货信息,因地址错误、无人签收导致的配送失败、二次运费及相关费用,由客户承担。
4. Damage & Missing Items

• Inspect your package upon receipt. For damage, missing items, or wrong items, contact support with clear photos/videos within 48 hours. We will cover all shipping and tax costs for replacement, re-delivery, or return.

物流异常与破损处理

• 签收时请开箱查验,如出现破损、少货、发错货,请在48小时内提供清晰照片/视频联系客服,核实后由本店承担重发、补发或退货的全程物流与税费成本。
5. Return Shipping Liability

• Returns due to quality issues or wrong items: we cover round-trip shipping and duties.

• Returns due to customer personal reasons: we reserve the right to reject. If approved, customer is responsible for round-trip shipping, duties, handling fees, and customization costs, which will be deducted from any refund.

• Original shipping and duties are non-refundable in case of return.

退货物流责任

• 因质量问题/发错货退货:来回运费、关税由本店承担。

• 因客户个人原因退货:本店有权拒绝;如协商同意,来回运费、关税、手续费及定制成本由客户承担,并从退款中扣除。

• 包邮包税优惠对应的正向物流费用,在退货场景下不予退还。
6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure including war, regulations, customs, natural disasters, or pandemic controls. We will assist with tracking and resolution.

不可抗力

因战争、政策管制、海关查验、自然灾害、疫情管控等不可抗力导致的延误或无法配送,本店不承担违约责任,将协助追踪与沟通。
