1. Scope
These Terms apply to all orders, including custom Yixing Zisha teapots, engraved items, personalized shapes, and regular products. By placing an order, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Orders & Customization
• The contract is formed once the order is submitted and payment is completed.
• Custom details (text, artwork, shape, clay type) are finalized at checkout; no changes are allowed once production starts.
• We reserve the right to reject any unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate custom content.
3. Pricing, Free Shipping & Duties Included
• Prices are selling prices. “Free Shipping & Duties Included” covers outbound delivery only for completed orders.
• This benefit applies only to fully fulfilled, non-returned orders. Shipping and duties are non-refundable if the order is returned.
4. Payment & Security
• We accept listed payment methods via encrypted channels. No sensitive payment data is stored on our site.
• Orders may be paused due to payment failure or fraud review; customers may retry payment or contact support.
5. Production & Delivery
• Custom items have stated lead times on product pages. We will ship within the stated period.
• Tracking is provided in your order page. Delays due to customs, weather, or force majeure are not considered a breach.
6. Returns, Refunds & After-Sales
• Custom items are non-returnable for non-quality reasons, as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.
• For verified quality issues or wrong/missing items, we cover round-trip shipping and related taxes/duties.
• For returns approved due to customer personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping, duties, handling fees, and incurred production costs, which will be deducted from any refund.
7. Intellectual Property
• All images, copy, designs, and teapot shapes are proprietary to our store. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.
• Purchase grants ownership only, not intellectual property rights.
8. Privacy & Data
• Customer data is used only for order fulfillment, logistics, support, and risk control. We comply with our Privacy Policy and do not disclose data to unrelated third parties.
9. Liability Limitation
• We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, customs policies, carrier restrictions, or incorrect customer information. We will provide reasonable assistance to resolve issues.
10. Amendments
• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

本条款适用于本站所有订单，包括定制紫砂壶、刻字、专属器型等个性化商品及常规商品。下单即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本条款及配套的退货退款政策。
2. 订单与定制
• 客户提交订单并完成支付后，合同成立。
• 定制内容（文字、图案、器型、泥料）以客户下单时提交的信息为准，生产开始后不予修改。
• 我们保留对违法、违规、侵权内容拒绝定制的权利。
3. 价格、包邮与包税
• 商品标价为销售价格，已标注免运费、包目的地国进口税的，仅覆盖正向配送费用。
• 包邮包税优惠仅适用于正常履约、不退货的订单；如发生退货，已产生的运费与税费不予退还。
4. 支付与安全
• 支持站内标注的支付方式，所有支付信息通过加密通道处理，本店不存储敏感支付数据。
• 如遇支付失败、风控拦截，订单将被暂停，客户可重新支付或联系客服处理。
5. 生产与配送
• 定制商品有明确生产周期，以商品页标注为准；我们会在周期内完成发货。
• 物流信息将同步至订单页面，因海关、天气、疫情等不可抗力导致延误，不视为违约。
6. 退货、退款与售后
• 定制商品非质量问题不接受无理由退货/退款/换货，详见《退货退款政策》。
• 质量问题、发错货/漏发，经图片/视频核实后，由本店承担来回运费及相关税费。
• 客户个人原因退货，如需同意，来回运费、关税、手续费、定制成本由客户承担，从退款中扣除。
7. 知识产权
• 本店图片、文案、设计、器型版权归本店所有，禁止盗用、转载、商用。
• 客户仅拥有所购商品的所有权，不获得任何知识产权授权。
8. 隐私与数据
• 我们仅为履约、物流、售后、风控使用客户信息，严格遵守隐私政策，不向无关第三方泄露。
9. 免责条款
因不可抗力、海关政策、物流管控、客户提供信息错误导致的损失，本店不承担违约责任，将尽力协助解决。
10. 条款修改
本店有权更新条款，更新后生效；重大变更将在站内公告。持续使用即视为接受新版条款。
